COPPER 7.0.0 released

COPPER 7.0.0 has been released. It is available on GitHub and in Maven Central.

Added the optional usage of virtual threads as Processor Delegates. Inspite of the fact that virtual thread’s full power is available in Java 25, this release can help projects on their migration route to Java 25. COPPER 7 itself will be using Java 21.
